On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are glad to invite you to participate in the International Conference on Food Contaminants (ICFC 2025): 6th Edition on “Challenges on Emerging Contaminants and Planetary Health” that will be held, in person, on the 25th to 26th September 2025 in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.

The Food and Nutrition Department of the National Institute of Health Doctor Ricardo Jorge (INSA), started the International Conference on Food Contaminants (ICFC’s) in 2015 (Past editions of ICFC) and is now organizing the 6th edition of ICFC conferences in collaboration with Madeira Regional Secretariat of Health and Civil Protection (SRS), Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries (SRAP), and the Association of Senior Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technicians of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (TSDTRAM) .

This multidisciplinary congress provides a forum for both internationally established and young researchers to exchange advanced knowledge on Food Contaminants and Human Health, namely Impact of Chemical and Biological Contaminants on Health, Analytical Advances for Emerging Contaminants Determination and Toxicity Spectrum of Food Contaminants.

ICFC 2025 welcomes the submission of abstracts for original contributors to the field.

The registration and the online abstract submission is now open to all experts and value contributors.
